HOCKEY SKILLS An action-packed, high energy instructional power skating program geared to hockey and ringette skaters that focuses on balance, power, agility, speed and endurance.  Skills, techniques and conditioning drills are taught in a progressive format that emphasizes how the skills apply to game situations.  CanPowerSkate provides an alternative to figure skating and is an excellent complement for those athletes playing on hockey or ringette teams. The Bracebridge Skating Club is Excited to Announce Jeff Trott as Our New Head Coach!

We are pleased to Welcome Coach Jeff to The Bracebridge Skating Club and we’re excited for his expertise and knowledge (and of course FUN!) that he will bring to Our Skating Club!

Jeff come’s to the Bracebridge Skating club with an abundance of figure skating knowledge and training both as an accomplished NCCP Nationally Trained coach as well as an international competitor and Canadian National Team member.
In his early years he secured titles both at the Canada Winter Games as well as a Bronze Medalist at the Canadian National Figure Skating Championships.
Professionally he toured with Feld Entertainment (Disney on Ice) as a principal performer and secured post secondary degrees in both Theatre Arts and Dance from Santa Monica College in Los Angeles.

As a Coach and Choreographer he’s used his expertise in both competitive Sport as well as the Arts to develop not only technically proficient skaters but artistic athlete’s.
